Tony Spear, President
Spear began in Este’s providing professional styling services for men in 1975. By 1980, he entered into an arrangement with founder Este Morrison to buy the establishment. In 1988, he took ownership of the store and continued to build its appeal to — and value for — its clientele until 2003, when he moved the store into the Pearl district and expanded its services to include The Club Room and barber shop.
Spear prides himself on the quality and duration of his relationships with his clientele. To this day he maintains a personal interest in taking care of them.
Brian Tacker, Director of Business Development
Tacker has been serving men’s luxury clothing needs for 20+ years, in Portland and across the United States. He credits his vast personal and professional network to his deep-seated desire to help people and the natural warmth and values learned growing up in Portland, “America’s biggest small town.”
Antonio, Owner – Antonio’s Barbershop
Antonio has been with Este’s since the barber shop opened in 2003, and has specialized experience serving the sophisticated personal grooming needs of men and women in the Pearl District and beyond.
